We have been "with" DogWatch Of Central Florida for the past 7 years..first in Apopka and now in Lady Lake. We have been very fortunate to have Neil Watson as our Technician/Foreman. Neil is very conscientious and reliable. We live on 40 acres and have most of it wired..he is always willing to walk the parameter to find the break in the system, even when it appears to have the slightest break. Neil makes sure that we understand what the repair entailed and checks to make sure all is in working order before he leaves. The dog fence we purchased from you is the best thing we have ever done!! It is so wonderful to send Abbey out and not worry about her running off. She really enjoys her freedom of running around and playing in the yard. It only took us three days to get her trained, and believe me there are plenty of distractions for her around here, with all the other dogs and children. She does not leave her boundary area.

You really did a wonderful job installing the fence, so neat and organized. Within a few days you would never have known that you even disturbed our yard.

My dog has worn a Dogwatch collar for more than 8 years and we are impressed with the durability of the transmitter and collar. I have never had a problem with either. I have had numerous wire breaks (too energetic digging in the garden and entirely my fault) and the Dogwatch customer service has been prompt and courteous. My neighborhood does not allow fences, but Dogwatch's system makes it possible to keep my dog safe in our yard, where she belongs.

Having four German Shepherds in a residential area with no fence and the outdoor trail system running through the backyard would be a challenge for most. Hi Neil,

sorry that I (we) have been out of touch ... Marianne and I have had our hands full and apologize for not returning your calls.

Abby and Maggie are doing well with the fence ..... Abby of course had to test it again, but now has the hang of it ... they don't really go as far as we would like yet they are outside and that is the main thing. Maggie on the other hand is the couch potato and will come out but if she had her choice she would stay in ... Abby is ever on the prowl for lizards and is enjoying the freedom.

Saturday was the true test as I left her for a second ... heard her barking ... in the middle of the afternoon there is a raccoon about 2 houses away ... as much as she wanted to, she barked from the patio until it ran back into the conservation area. There is NO DOUBT that she would have ran after it had she not had the collar on ... don't want to think about would could have happened.

Do you offer any options for referrals? As I discuss this with my dog lover friends, they may be interested as well .....

Dave was great to work with as well as his partner who actually trained my pooch to avoid the fence. My property is wooded w/ a few flower beds and they had no problem accommodating my wishes. This fence has eased my mind of Nico ever leaving the property to cross the street. Dave promptly returned my call with concern of her following a neighbor outside the safety zone and advised to adjust the system. I would and have recommended this service to others since my installation.

I can tell you I was a little apprehensive at first, but after the second day of training I was totally sold on the product. We were really worried about our Yorkshire terrier Pepper as he jumps the fence every chance he gets. Thought for sure he’d go through it. But, both Pepper and his sister Lucy are doing great! Our neighbors are so impressed they have asked for information about the product! I would highly recommend you and Dog Watch, as it provides a safe and comforting way to allow our dogs their freedom. I did what you said, all is well. Guess my hearing was out that day.

This fence is fantastic. The dogs stay in the yard. They don't even chase cats beyond their limit . Now if I can figure out how to keep fox and coyotes out!! Thanks again! Yahoo for DogFenceDave!!!!! Love that fence.

P.S. should I leave the flags up or take them down? Bob wants to start taking them down but I think the dogs use them as a reminder.

I would like to share a few comments with you regarding the Dogwatch fence system and your personnel. At first, I was skeptical of such a system and questioned it's practicality. Since it's installation I have been truly amazed at the results. We have 2 large wolf-hybrid dogs and the system works perfectly. I could not believe how quickly our dogs adapted to the system and it has given us a very comfortable and secure feeling. Neil, with your company has been fabulous and very professional in answering all of our questions and concerns. We especially appreciate how quickly he returns our calls and his quick follow up. He is a true professional and indeed a credit to your company. Should I go into the fence business I would attempt to steal him from you.

I have to say, and I will share this with Scott Whitmer too, that the speed at which this whole process took place was unbelievable. I called you last Monday wasn't it? You returned my call within hours, and I had the system installed like within 24 hours!!! Your technician was great, and my dog is staying in the yard! (she's not real happy though).

I live in Jacksonville FL, where we're currently are in between local dealers. I was pleased when Madge from the Corporate office said that your Orlando office would be sending help to fix my system. Neil Watson is the Dog Watch rep that came to my home. He was terrific! He kept me alerted as to when he would be at my home, was prompt, immediately assessed the cause of the system not working, fixed it, double checked every aspect of my existing equipment to make sure that all was working properly and came prepared with everything I needed in the truck.
