Dianne and I love our new Plexidor as do our Labs, Pearl & Pajamae. I was unaware that our home had solid concrete walls as were you, but you took care of that problem with a great deal of sweat labor. I have had several other doors but nothing that compares to the quality of Plexidor. The inside frame and the outside frame are excellent quality as is the "aluminum tunnel". Your installation work was very professional. Once again thanks for your extra work when presented with a difficult situation (solid walls).

To Whom It May Concern:

We started with DogWatch about 10 years ago and have been very pleased with the system. It corrected the problem we were having with our five dogs chasing me to the gate and running out when it opened. They also used to sit at the gate and wait for me to come home so they could make a quick dash out when I tried to come in.

DogWatch saved my sanity!! (probably my dogs' lives, too)

We have had a couple of minor problems ( line being cut by mower, lightning strike, hurricane damage etc.) and always had prompt service. Any questions regarding new collars are always answered immediately, or if a service call is needed it is scheduled quickly.

DogWatch was recommended to us years ago, and I would highly recommend this system to all of my friends. I know some people who have another invisible fence system and always seem to have problems. In my opinion DogWatch is the best one.

To whom it may concern:

Tim Smith repaired our invisible fence last week, first on a temporary basis and then in a much more permanent fashion, employing PVC pipe buried with the loop inserted through. He made these repairs efficiently and expertly, impressing both my wife and myself with his thoroughness and the considerate explanation of his process. He completed this repair in a timely fashion, with care for the landscaping and property.

We would recommend Tim without hesitation or qualification. Our assessment is that:

1) He has a good business manner as he appears to easily manage a busy schedule and he posses a strong work ethic, he went non-stop on our project, finishing with nary a break.

2) He has excellent sales skills, he is certainly personable and a good listener. He made us aware of other company products/solutions, which we will be using in the future.

3) His workmanship is exemplary, he understands the nuances of the DogWatch product.

We are very pleased with our hidden fence. Not only is it more economical, it gives our pet more freedom of movement than a regular fence. It is not a visual issue like a normal fence. The product does work.

Also we were happy with the service Tim provided. He was very thorough with the installation and training with the pet. He displayed a true affection towards the animal he was working with.

I would give Tim a high approval rating and feel confident referring customers to him.

Dear Dave,

I had to write to you to tell you how much we appreciate your great service. We bought our dog fence from you a year ago, based on a recommendation, and couldn’t be more pleased. Even through the demolition and construction of our new deck and pool you were so courteous when I would have to call to let you know that a wire had been broken and we needed it fixed fast. In addition to the great service and the fence working for our dog we decided to purchase another fence package for our family vacation home in Upstate New York. At this house my three sisters and I gather in the summer with our parents and families. We all bring our one dog with us. We needed an invisible fence that we could use with the dogs. My sister and husband put it together based on your personal instructions. Worked perfectly. I thought it was especially kind of you to include your 1-800 number incase we have any problems during our month stay. Thanks again for your kindness and great work ethic.

I just wanted everyone to know how well we like our dogwatch fence. It is great as you can let your dog out without any worry. Our Cockapoo was just a puppy when we purchased it in September but she quickly learned her boundaries.

I would just like to thank you guys for making my life much easier. I no longer have to put on the leash to take Roxy outside. She is free to roam the property and come in and out at her own leisure. It was nice working with Tim on my fencing and indoor 'safe zones' for the dog. Thank you again!!

I had made the decision to purchase a hidden fence to keep our one year old lab in our yard. Most of my neighbors had purchased the Invisible Fence brand. I had their representative come out and give me a quote. I also went to the Internet and found another company by the name of Dogwatch. I talked to their representative and found the technology and cost was better with Dogwatch. Dogwatch uses FM band whereas the Invisible fence company uses AM band. The battery used by Dogwatch lasts 2 years whereas the Invisible fence company replaces their battery every 3 months and they can only be purchased from Invisible fence. The local representative with Dogwatch was Tim Smith. He was very comfortable to work with and was most patient with all my questions. He also did a fabulous job installing the system. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
